Descrizione:
Myristoyl-Lys-Arg-Thr-Leu-Arg-OH is a synthetic compound that interacts with tyrosine kinase substrate proteins. It inhibits the activation of these proteins and prevents the phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in other substrate proteins. Myristoyl-Lys-Arg-Thr-Leu-Arg-OH has been shown to have potent inhibitory activity against IL2 receptor and adriamycin, which are protein kinases that play important roles in the death pathway.
