Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-Methoxyindoline-2,3-Dione
4-Methoxyindoline-2,3-dione is a chemical compound that exhibits cytotoxicity. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and increase the survival rate of mice with leukemia. 4-Methoxyindoline-2,3-dione is also capable of inhibiting the production of active oxygen species by blocking electron transport at complex I. This agent has been shown to be effective against resistant strains such as sclerotinia and phytoalexins, which are plant defense mechanisms against pathogens. 4-Methoxyindoline-2,3-dione analogs have been synthesized for use in agriculture as a fungicide for crops such as crucifers and soybeans.
