Informazioni sul prodotto
5-Methoxy-1-((4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-2-(methylsulfinyl)-1H benzodimidazole (MMZ) is a chromatographic sample that is available in sodium hydrogen magnesium n-oxide form. MMZ is an antidiabetic drug that has shown to be effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance. This drug binds to ATPase alpha subunit, which inhibits the enzyme’s ability to pump sodium ions out of cells and increase intracellular sodium ion levels. The long half life of this drug makes it well suited for use as an oral medication. The impurities of this drug are methyl alcohol, benzimidazole derivative, and industrialized synthetic preparations. MMZ has prognostic properties that can be used to predict the progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance.
