Informazioni sul prodotto
- Methyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate
Methyl 6-quinoxalinecarboxylate is an anti-leishmanial agent that has been shown to be active against Leishmania major in vitro and in vivo. It has also been shown to have anti-cancer activity against solid tumours in animals and humans, as well as leukemia cells. This compound induces apoptotic cell death in cancer cells by inhibiting the synthesis of lipids and proteins, leading to cell death. Methyl 6-quinoxalinecarboxylate inhibits the growth of Leishmania by inhibiting DNA synthesis. The time required for this reaction is around one hour.
