Informazioni sul prodotto
- 1H-indazole, 5-methoxy-
5-Methoxy-1H-indazole is an amide with a methyl group at the 1 position and an azoacetate at the 3 position. It has been synthesized by cross-coupling of 2,6-dichloroindazole with 5-methoxyaniline. 5-Methoxy-1H-indazole also has antinociceptive properties, which are mediated by activation of cannabinoid receptors in the brain. The synthesis of this compound is efficient and can be done through a simple one pot reaction. This product is acidic and reacts with alkynes to form ketoesters. Oxidation products are formed when it reacts with various reagents such as sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide.
