Informazioni sul prodotto
Methyl tetrahydro-4H-pyran-4-one-3-carboxylate (MTPC) is a novel small molecule that has been identified as a potential antagonist for the NVP-TNKS656 pathway. MTPC inhibits the activity of dihydropyran, a key metabolite in the NVP-TNKS656 pathway, and may be used to treat liver cancer and other diseases. MTPC has been shown to bind to bile acids, which may allow for oral administration of this molecule. The binding affinity and specificity of MTPC have been validated by physicochemical and thermodynamic studies.
