Informazioni sul prodotto
- Cyclic 3',5'-(hydrogen phosphate) 2'-[2-(methylamino)benzoate] guanosine monosodium saltMANT-cGMP
2'-(N-Methylanthraniloyl)guanosine 3',5'-cyclicmonophosphate sodium salt is a fluorescent analog of guanosine that has been synthesized to study the signal transduction pathway. It inhibits cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase, an enzyme that breaks down cyclic GMP, which is a second messenger involved in synaptic transmission. 2'-(N-Methylanthraniloyl)guanosine 3',5'-cyclicmonophosphate sodium salt has been shown to inhibit the enzymatic activity of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase in vitro and in vivo. This compound also exhibits fluorescence properties and can be used for assays.
