Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-Methoxytriphenyl chloromethane resin
4-Methoxytrityl chloride resin is a solid polymer that is activated with an acid such as p-toluenesulfonic acid and then reacted with a nucleoside. The resin is deprotected to give the corresponding nucleotide, which can be used for the synthesis of oligonucleotides or polynucleotides. 4-Methoxytrityl chloride resin has been shown to have antimalarial activity in vitro and in vivo and can be used to synthesize bivalirudin, an anticoagulant drug. This polymer also has other bioactivities, including antibiotic properties against gramicidin, purine and adenosine activity.
