Men 10376 is a pharmacological agent that belongs to the class of amino acid derivatives. It is an amino acid derivative that has been shown to have a bronchoconstrictor response and a vasoactive intestinal peptide-like effect. Men 10376 interacts with the cation channel, which is found in the cell membrane of airway smooth muscle cells. This interaction leads to bronchial constriction and increased production of vasoactive intestinal peptide. Men 10376 has been used in clinical trials for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and as a bladder stimulant, but its clinical relevance is not yet known.
