Informazioni sul prodotto
N-(2-Acetylphenyl)Hexanamide is a small molecule that has been shown to bind to the sensing domain of the G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) and modulate its activity. The lactone moiety of N-(2-Acetylphenyl)Hexanamide interacts with the residues in the binding pocket of the GPCR, and may help validate this small molecule as a ligand for this receptor. N-(2-Acetylphenyl)Hexanamide has been shown to interact with other proteins, such as residues in the binding pocket of the GPCR, or proteins that are involved in signal transduction. This compound also has been shown to inhibit protein synthesis by inhibiting ribosomal function.
