Informazioni sul prodotto
1-Oxaspiro[2.5]octane-2-carbonitrile is an epoxide that is used as a chaperone for enzyme preparations, such as recombinant proteins. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of hydrolase enzymes, such as epoxide hydrolase and esterases, which are involved in the metabolism of endogenous compounds. 1-Oxaspiro[2.5]octane-2-carbonitrile was also shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in E. coli cells and has been shown to inhibit the growth of E. coli cells and other bacteria that produce esterases or hydrolases, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae.
