Informazioni sul prodotto
1-Phenethylpiperidine is a synthetic aniline drug that acts as an analgesic by inhibiting the enzyme monoamine oxidase. It has been shown to produce necrotic cell death in cardiac tissue and urine samples, which is diagnostic for the use of this drug. 1-Phenethylpiperidine also stimulates vasoactive intestinal peptide release from the vagal nerve, which may be involved in autoimmune diseases. This drug has been shown to have a number of effects on locomotor activity and dopamine metabolism, including inducing locomotor activity in mice and increasing striatal dopamine concentration. 1-Phenethylpiperidine has also been shown to induce cancer growth in mouse models, as well as suppress immune responses by blocking Toll-like receptor signalling pathways.
