Informazioni sul prodotto
- 1-Pentylindole1-Pentyl-1H-indole
N-Pentylindole is a ligand that binds to cannabinoid receptors. It has a carbonyl group and can be demethylated in vivo to form N-pentylpiperidine. N-Pentylindole is structurally similar to the synthetic cannabinoid JWH-018 and has been shown to have affinity for CB1 and CB2 receptors. Drug preparations of N-pentylindole are typically dehydrogenated, which leads to the formation of carboxylic acids, amides, or esters. These derivatives have shown effects on the binding of N-pentylindole at cannabinoid receptors.
