Informazioni sul prodotto
2-Pyridinylboronic acid MIDA ester is a pharmacological agent that has been shown to decrease the production of fatty acids. It is used in cell culture as an activator of the cytochrome P450 system and as a metabolic inhibitor. 2-Pyridinylboronic acid MIDA ester has been shown to inhibit the growth of cells by stabilizing mitochondrial membrane potential and decreasing cellular respiration. This drug also inhibits transcription-polymerase chain reaction, thereby preventing synthesis of dna, and cdna synthesis, which leads to apoptosis.
