Informazioni sul prodotto
- tert-Butyl 12-amino-4,7,10-trioxadodecanoate
H2N-PEG3-tBu is a fluorescent molecule that can be used in affinity labeling. It is also sensitive and can be activated by irradiation with UV light, making it useful for fluorescence microscopy techniques. H2N-PEG3-tBu has been shown to inhibit the growth of organisms such as Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae. This molecule can be used to analyze the binding of proteins by labeling the target protein with H2N-PEG3-tBu and then analysing the sample using various techniques such as gel electrophoresis or mass spectrometry.
