Descrizione:
Pyridine-2-carbonyl chloride hydrochloride is a compound that can be used in the synthesis of picolinic acid. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and inflammatory diseases, such as arthritis. The mechanism of action is not fully understood, but it may involve inhibition of glutamate receptor subtype and amido hiv infection. Pyridine-2-carbonyl chloride hydrochloride also inhibits the growth of bacteria by binding to nuclear hormone receptors, which prevents transcription and replication. This drug is capable of inhibiting glutamic acid release by acting on its receptors.
