Informazioni sul prodotto
2-Pyridyl Trifluoromethanesulfonate is a quinoline derivative that reacts with an aryl halide in the presence of palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling to form an aromatic sulfonate. 2-Pyridyl Trifluoromethanesulfonate has been shown to have cancer inhibiting effects. In the presence of picolinic acid, it undergoes reductive elimination to form an aromatic sulfonic acid, which then undergoes bond cleavage. The 2-pyridyl trifluoromethanesulfonate molecule is labile and may be used for cross-coupling reactions in organic synthesis. X-ray crystal structures of this molecule are available.
