Descrizione:
2-Phenyl-5-trifluoromethyloxazole-4-carboxylic acid is a carboxylic acid derivative that is an inhibitor of the enzyme diacylglycerol lipase. It has shown to lower triglyceride levels in human blood and animal models, but does not have any effect on glucose or insulin levels. This drug is being studied as an anti-diabetic agent for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
