(2R)-6-(Tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yloxy)-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid succinimidyl ester (SUCC) is a cell growth inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the growth of prostate cancer cells. SUCC has also been shown to be useful in coatings and polymers for medical devices.
