Triazolomethylindole-3-aceticacid is a drug that blocks the 5HT receptor. It is eliminated in humans by renal and nonrenal routes. Elimination of triazolomethylindole-3-aceticacid is primarily by glomerular filtration, with a small amount being excreted unchanged in urine. Triazolomethylindole-3-aceticacid is metabolized to inactive metabolites by sulfation and glucuronidation. The elimination half-life of triazolomethylindole-3-aceticacid in healthy human subjects was found to be approximately 2 hours.
