Descrizione:
3-tert-Butylphenol is a chemical substance that is used in the synthesis of industrial chemicals and animal health products. It is also a component of cigarette smoke, which can cause cancer and other diseases. 3-tert-Butylphenol has been shown to be toxic to animals, causing reproductive and developmental toxicity. In addition, it can cause liver damage, kidney damage, and irritation of the eyes and skin. 3-tert-Butylphenol inhibits the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) gene transcription in human cells, leading to decreased protein production. This inhibition has been shown to have an effect on urine samples collected from smokers.
