Descrizione:
Tenacigenin B is a natural product that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase. Tenacigenin B has been shown to inhibit the growth of human liver cells, cervical cancer cells, and leukemia cells. Tenacigenin B binds to the mitochondrial membrane potential, thereby disrupting the energy production in cancer cells. Tenacigenin B has also been shown to have anti-cancer properties in platinum-based chemotherapy for human myeloid leukemia cell lines and in k562 cells (a type of myeloid leukemia).
