Descrizione

Trimethoxysilylbenzene is a reactive molecule that reacts with zirconium oxide to form an adduct. It is used in the synthesis of polymers and dibutyltin oxide, which are used in the production of optical sensors. Trimethoxysilylbenzene is soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvents, which makes it useful for solid phase microextraction. This compound also has a hydroxyl group, which can be used to react with sodium citrate to produce an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) sensor. Trimethoxysilylbenzene has a kinetic energy of about 4kcal/mol, which means it is able to react quickly with other molecules. This chemical is thermally stable up to 400°C, making it ideal for applications such as particle synthesis where high temperatures are required.
