Descrizione

Buclizine is a tricyclic antidepressant drug that is used in the treatment of chronic exposure to various environmental and occupational agents. It has been shown to have a hypoglycemic effect, which may be due to its inhibitory effect on the phospholipid membranes of pancreatic beta cells. Buclizine also inhibits cancer cell growth by inhibiting sodium carbonate-induced activation of protein kinase C and modulates apoptosis by binding to human serum albumin.
