3-Vinyl-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (3VP) is an active compound that has been shown to have a high degree of efficacy in the treatment of patency. The kaplan-meier method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of 3VP on patency in patients with neurological diseases, and it showed an increase in the number of patent veins. 3VP has also been shown to be effective against cancer cells and skin tests. This drug is used as a local anaesthetic, and its anticholinergic effect may be useful for treating psychotherapeutic problems such as anxiety or depression, as it blocks acetylcholine receptors which are found in both the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system.
