Informazioni sul prodotto
PI 3-K³ Inhibitor VII is a potent inhibitor of PI3-K³. This enzyme is a member of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase family that plays an important role in cell growth, proliferation and survival. PI3-K inhibitors are used to treat or prevent autoimmune disorders, viral infections, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases and cancer. They also have anti-inflammatory properties and are used for the prevention of platelet aggregation.
PI3-K inhibitors are also useful for the treatment or prevention of autoimmune disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). These drugs inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines that lead to inflammation and tissue damage. They also have been shown to inhibit HIV replication by blocking HIV integrase activity in vitro.
