Informazioni sul prodotto
Morpholine hydrobromide is a chemical compound that belongs to the class of morpholines. It is a colorless, water-soluble organic liquid with an acidic reaction. It has been reported that this compound has antiviral activity in vitro against HIV and herpes simplex virus type 1. Morpholine hydrobromide also inhibits the growth of cancer cells and can be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. This compound reacts with serine proteases, which are enzymes that break down proteins, to form a terminal hydroxyl group on the protein substrate, thus inactivating it. Morpholine hydrobromide is generated by treatment of morpholine with bromine in an acidic solution at room temperature.
