9-Anthracenylmethyl acrylate (9AMAA) is a monomer that belongs to the group of exciplex compounds. It can be used as an acceptor in organic light emitting devices, and it has been shown to have photodecomposition properties. 9AMAA has a high fluorescence quantum yield and can be used in model systems for studying the interactions between anthracene molecules. 9AMAA is soluble in silicone oils and is stable under vacuum conditions.
