Informazioni sul prodotto
Ethyl 5-bromo-7-fluoro-2-naphthoate is a potent anti-cancer compound. It has been shown to have antitumor properties in vitro and in vivo. Ethyl 5-bromo-7-fluoro-2-naphthoate inhibits the growth of human leukemia cells and melanoma cells in mice by binding to DNA, preventing transcription and replication. The antiinflammatory cytokine IL10, which is responsible for regulating inflammatory responses, was found to be significantly elevated in the untreated group. This suggests that IL10 may play a key role in the antitumor response. The optimum concentration of ethyl 5-bromo 7-fluoro 2 naphthoate was determined to be 10 μM using a model system with Candida glabrata.
