Informazioni sul prodotto
4-Amino-1-tert-butyl-3-(3-bromobenzyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine (ABPY) is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have anticancer activity. It has been used in experimental models of bowel disease and toxicity studies. ABPY has also been shown to induce an antitumor response in mice with colon cancer. This drug inhibits the growth of tumor cells by inhibiting dinucleotide phosphate metabolism and energy metabolism, as well as by inhibiting the toll-like receptor pathway. ABPY also induces polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in some bacteria, which may be due to its ability to bind to DNA sequences that are similar to bacterial DNA sequences. The drug has no effect on normal cells and does not inhibit natural compounds or plant metabolism.
