Informazioni sul prodotto
- 5-Benzothiazolol
Benzo[d]thiazol-5-ol is a heterocyclic compound with an aromatic ring system. It is a benzamide derivative that has been shown to be mediated by the activation of alpha-2 adrenergic receptors. Benzo[d]thiazol-5-ol has been shown to have electrophysiological effects, such as slowing the rate of fatty acid oxidation and reducing their solvate form. Studies on pharmacokinetics show that benzo[d]thiazol-5-ol undergoes rapid absorption and distribution in the body, with high concentrations in tissues, such as the brain, heart, liver and kidney. Benzo[d]thiazol-5-ol is also metabolized by diazotisation of amino acids to produce nitrous acid and reaction products. The yields for benzo[d]thiazol-5-ol are low.
