Informazioni sul prodotto
- 2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-[7-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1-benzofuran-2-yl]ethanol
The 1-hydroxy bufulol is a human liver metabolite of buprenorphine and it has been detected in urine samples. Bufuralol is a diastereoisomeric mixture of the two enantiomers, which can be reconstituted in aqueous solution. The pharmacophore of bufulol is very similar to that of the drug naloxone, but it does not have any significant binding affinity for opioid receptors. It has been shown that this compound has no significant interactions with other drugs, such as antiepileptics, antipsychotics, or antidepressants. The 1-hydroxy bufulol was detected in both rat liver microsomes and recombinant enzymes, and its kinetic parameters were measured using liquid chromatography methods. The detection sensitivity for this compound was found to be low with the current methodologies available. This compound also has an oxidized form, which may have some activity on its own as well as synerg
