Descrizione:
This compound is a selective antagonist of the vasopressin V1a receptor. It has been shown to antagonize the effects of vasopressin by binding to the receptor and blocking its activation. This compound has been shown to inhibit ion channel activity and ligand-gated ion channels in vitro. This drug also inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in RAW 264.7 cells. The CAS number for this compound is 1332329-27-7.
