Informazioni sul prodotto
[(E)-(1-Phenylethylidene)amino]thiourea is an inorganic coordination compound that has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of tyrosinase. It is soluble in organic solvents but insoluble in water, which makes it useful for topical administration. This drug has been shown to have anti-tumor effects, reducing the growth of tumor cells by electron reduction and inducing apoptosis. The molecular structure of [(E)-(1-Phenylethylidene)amino]thiourea contains a dithiocarbamate moiety, which coordinates with copper ions to form a six-membered ring. This coordination geometry is responsible for the strong binding affinity and high stability of this molecule.
