Informazioni sul prodotto
CHIR-99021 trihydrochloride is a small molecule that blocks the activity of bromodomain-containing proteins. This can lead to a number of effects, including the induction of pluripotent stem cells and the promotion of cell differentiation. CHIR-99021 trihydrochloride has been shown to induce endoderm cells from mouse embryonic stem cells, as well as hepatocyte-like cells in vitro. These findings have led to the hypothesis that this drug may be able to reprogram pancreatic beta cells into insulin-producing cells.
