Informazioni sul prodotto
Ac-CoA Synthase Inhibitor1 is a potent inhibitor of acetyltransferases and histone deacetylases. It has shown efficacy in treating cancer, autoimmune diseases, and HIV infection. Ac-CoA Synthase Inhibitor1 binds to HDACs and prevents the acetylation of lysine residues on histones. This inhibition blocks the binding of transcription factors to DNA and results in the transcriptional activation of genes that are involved in apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, and differentiation. Ac-CoA Synthase Inhibitor1 has been found to be non-toxic to healthy cells because it does not inhibit fatty acid synthesis or the production of ATP.
