Informazioni sul prodotto
NIBR 0213 is a chemical that inhibits the sphingosine kinase enzyme. This enzyme is involved in the production of angiogenic factors, such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and has been shown to inhibit brain cell death. NIBR 0213 has also been shown to have therapeutic potential for autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis. The compound was first identified in a screen of chemical compounds and was found to activate basic protein, which is important for nerve cells. In addition, NIBR 0213 has been found to be effective in clinical trials for treating rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
