Descrizione:
3-(Fur-2-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid is a pharmaceutical drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy and idiopathic urticaria. This compound also inhibits the production of leukotrienes and may be useful in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic disorders, and magnetic fabricating. 3-(Fur-2-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid binds to the leukotriene receptor and prevents it from activating. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on 5α reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
