Informazioni sul prodotto
Gisadenafil is an oral, selective alpha-1A adrenergic receptor agonist that is used for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and other urological disorders. Gisadenafil increases bladder capacity by increasing the urinary flow rate. The drug also has a vasodilatory effect on the peripheral vascular system, which enhances blood flow to the penis and improves erectile function in men with erectile dysfunction. Gisadenafil is metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 enzymes. It has been shown to have a bioavailability of 50% when administered orally, but only 10% when administered intravenously.
