Informazioni sul prodotto
XMD 8-92 is a chemical that has potential as a drug target for cancer. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells by affecting signal pathways, including growth factor-β1 and histone deacetylase (HDAC) activity. The cytotoxic effect of XMD 8-92 on squamous carcinoma cells is significant and its mechanism may be due to inhibition of cellular proliferation. XMD 8-92 also inhibits the transcriptional regulation of genes involved in cellular proliferation, such as caspase 1, cyclin D2, and telomerase reverse transcriptase. This agent also has an effect on the molecular pathogenesis of cancer cells.
