Informazioni sul prodotto
4-Chloro-1H-pyrazole-5-carbonitrile is an antibacterial and anti-fungal agent that has been used to treat bacterial and fungal infections. It binds to the sulfhydryl groups in enzymes, thereby inhibiting their activity. 4-Chloro-1H-pyrazole-5-carbonitrile also inhibits the production of nitrite, which is an important factor in the growth of gram negative bacteria. The chemical structure of this compound is similar to sulfa drugs, which are also used as antibiotic agents. However, 4-chloro-1H pyrazole is less toxic than sulfa drugs. This drug has been shown to have significant antibacterial activity against a range of bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. 4CPCN also has anti fungal properties against Candida albicans and Asper
