Informazioni sul prodotto
TP-3654 is a methyltransferase inhibitor that inhibits the PIM-1 protein, which prevents the development of cancer cells. TP-3654 has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity in mouse tumor models and to inhibit the growth of leukemia cells in vitro. It is also an oral prodrug that can be converted into an active form by esterases in the gastrointestinal tract. TP-3654 may be used as a diagnostic marker for cellular transformation and as a potential biomarker for disease activity in patients with cancer or other diseases. TP-3654 inhibits drug transporters such as Pgp and BCRP, which could lead to increased concentrations of drugs within tumors.
