Cyclo(His-Pro) (TFA) is a peptide that is an activator for antibody and protein interactions. Cyclo(His-Pro) (TFA) is able to activate the cAMP-dependent protein kinase. Cyclo(His-Pro) (TFA) also inhibits ion channels and has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the activity of ligands. Cyclo(His-Pro) (TFA) binds to receptors, including those found on cells of the immune system, and has been shown to inhibit the binding of ligands to these receptors. Cyclo(His-Pro) (TFA) can be used as an inhibitor in pharmacology experiments.
