1,2,3,4-Tetra-O-benzoyl-D-glucuronide methyl ester is an Oligosaccharide that is synthesized by the glycosylation of benzoyl chloride with a sugar. The reaction is catalyzed by base and proceeds in a two step process. The first step is the addition of the sugar to the benzoyl chloride followed by a second addition to form the 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-benzoyl-D-glucuronide methyl ester.
