N6-Benzoyl-2'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-5'-O-DMT-adenosine is a nucleoside that can be used in the synthesis of oligomers. It is a synthetic nucleoside with an absorption maximum at 410 nm and emission maximum at 522 nm. This compound has been shown to be efficient in the synthesis of phosphoramidites and ligands, as well as in rna synthesis and modifications. N6-Benzoyl-2'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-5'-O-DMT-adenosine may inhibit bacterial growth by binding to the ribosome, preventing protein synthesis.
