Informazioni sul prodotto
2-Fluoro-6-formylbenzeneboronic acid is a fluorescent probe that can bind to DNA and RNA. This compound has been shown to induce apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells, as well as have antiproliferative potential. It binds to nucleic acids by covalent binding and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and is an excellent marker for the detection of mitotic activity in cancer cells. 2-Fluoro-6-formylbenzeneboronic acid also has been shown to be useful in immunohistochemical analysis of tumor morphology and cell morphology, as well as being a sensitive indicator of cancerous tissues.
