Informazioni sul prodotto
1-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have anti-cancer properties. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by binding to histone H3 and inhibiting the expression of genes involved in cell proliferation. 1-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole also interacts with soluble guanylate cyclase, which leads to increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the blood. This can lead to an increase in blood pressure and may cause complications for patients who are taking other drugs that affect blood pressure. The fluorescence properties of 1-methylindole allow it to be used as a fluorescent probe for nucleophilic attack on various compounds. It has been used as a reagent for investigating degenerative diseases such as mitochondrial dysfunction and acylation reactions.
