Informazioni sul prodotto
1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehyde is a ligand that binds to a metal atom in the same way as an oxime. It has been shown to be a promising treatment for cancer and other diseases. 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehyde activates the enzyme glutathione reductase, which is responsible for the reduction of oxidized glutathione. This activation facilitates the breakdown of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and prevents their accumulation. This substance also can inhibit death receptors such as TNF receptors and CD95L.
