Informazioni sul prodotto
Ethyl 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoate is a ligand that binds to transcriptional factors and can be used for cholesterol homeostasis. It has been shown to inhibit the transcriptional activity of nuclear receptors in intestinal cells and non-small-cell lung carcinoma cells, as well as to suppress the proliferation of these cells. Ethyl 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoate also exhibits radical scavenging activity against peroxyl radicals. This compound has been shown to inhibit the transfer of etoh extract from cell lines A549 and HepG2 into other cell lines. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that this agent inhibits efflux in cancer cells.
