Informazioni sul prodotto
Bepotastine besylate is a drug with urination and pelvic symptoms that is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, and pruritus ani. It is a racemic mixture of two enantiomers: bepotastine besilate (S-enantiomer) and epoprostenol (R-enantiomer). Bepotastine besilate has been shown to have antiinflammatory properties. The drug binds to adrenergic receptors, which decreases the release of histamine and leukotrienes from mast cells. This binding prevents the production of prostaglandins that lead to inflammation.
